Does Victor have the express copyright on all of the code that was submitted
under the GPL license? If not, then approval by each contributor must be
received before the license can be changed.

Given that the PMC is what is worried about the legalities of things and as
a member of the PMC, I'm still -1 on the name.

FYI, the reason we no longer use the "Java Apache" project name is also
because of Sun and their trademarks.

Lets just nip this one in the bud right away.

I'm not trying to be a pain in the ass. I'm strictly worried about
legalities.
