Hi, Florin have a Jaluino board but would be nice to have this kind of shield also for Arduino boards (maybe he can fit an arduino shield connector - but this will increase the complexity of his shield and can be less practical for Jaluino board).
It is hard to build development boards with a maximum level of configurability. Always compromises are made imposed by the size of the board and costs. Of course is not Florin's case (and Jaluino) because is about a shield which can be removed. I like this kind of board for his great level of configurability. Is not good as an application board but is great as a development board where all connections can be made with "Du-Pont" wires (if this is the right term). Is for ATmega16/32 microcontrollers but It can be made also for PIC's.
