Hi Florin,
I'm glad to see you have understood some of my points and even applied them.
I can only guess your design is one layer, maybe I'm wrong. Use the largest
pad diameters, maybe oblong in all places where is possible. Please try to
analyze the ground plane separation or ground planes islands connections in
terms of ground impedance.
If a route between two ground islands is very thin, you should use either
the second ground plane layer or additional straps on component side. Use a
generous number of straps for such operation if necessary, will save you
from big problems.
If ground planes could be OK, power supply route thickness could be to small
(it is denitely too small for the power section of your design). Power
supply and ground routes must be treated as analog paths even for digital
designs.
However, living in the village (and design for hobby) you should be proud
about this design, I've seen many other pour designs made by people with
full access to the highest technology.
Free offer for you for manufacturing one PCB in CNC technology if you'll be
able to create the correct gerber and excellon files, meaning the minimum
number of drills (accepted less than 10) and 10 mil isolation between
copper and routes. The same offer still available for Vasi.
Instead of Olimex use romanian PCB houses, the price is almost identical,
the quality is better (and this is a fact not a story).
