I'm certainly no expert, but have set up both James and Sendmail. James is
by far more intuitive. The Sendmail learning curve is steep to put it
mildly.

There is a lot of work going on right now with respect to the
documentation.

You need to go through CONFIG.XML and follow the instructions that are
embedded within that file.

If you think that James is complicated, you'll go bald dealing with
sendmail.  It is a nightmare.

James is really easy.  But if you are having problems getting started,
that's OK ... kind of ... because it means that you can help us get the
docs
right for you and for the next person.
