Oi!!! I suggest you don't go around saying French is Canada's second language because you're going to have a lot of enemies!!! Canada is a bilingual country. It's just that less people speak French than English, and mainly in a certain part of the country... the province of Qu�bec. I know from experience, I live in Montr�al lol. Language issues are very touchy here.
