One more thing. Do you want to do it by E-mail or post?

I suppose that you just want to fine-tune your Japanese. (Your
Japanese is better than mine.) I happen to be exchanging
correspondence with a penpal with just the same purpose in mind. I
myself am not Japanese, so I find communicating with a Japanese
native to be rather beneficial. Helps me to improve on the finer
points of usage.

Perhaps the following will help. Try going to japan-guide.com and
click on FORUM. Go to the language instructors section and narrow
your search according to location. You may be able to locate a
suitable instructor. Or you can try looking for "friends" with whom
to exchange correspondence in your area; simply narrow down your
search according to location and preferences.
