Ok, two interesting things here :

First, this status 13 thing : I looked into Google groups, it seems to be
a permission issue. So :
- Which user is CUPS running on ?
- Could you try to changer "User" from "lp" to "root"
in /etc/cups/cupsd.conf and restart CUPS then try to print something ?
Remember this _BAD_, so be sure to turn it to "lp" again after the
test !
Again, is the Sys::Syslog perl module installed ?
Next thing :

I don't really know what's wrong with these backends, but it doesn't seem
to please jasmine ;-)
Well, at least, for the 2 last, I guess that the last argument being empty
is not a good thing, but for the first, I can't see what's wrong. What
would be good is to see if CUPS accepts them without jasmine : Do they
appear *only once* in the backend selection list, in CUPS' web
interface ?
Well, this is hard... I wish I had a *BSD machine to make tests on ;-)
