Hello ! Yes, it's been a long time... Ok, I've got some news : While looking for a solution to the "copies squared" issue (see the other active thread), I discovered that the code I had added, while working with you on improving portability, does not work. It was hard to find because : -- The error message was a single little line in the middle of hundreds of CUPS "debug level" messages -- As said in the other thread, strangely my backend is never launched with 5 arguments here at work. Well _was_ never, because I finally managed to do it today : I just needeed to create a "dummy" printer and select a printer type (and NOT leave it as "raw" as I always do) Ok, so I found an issue : The mkstempt() perl function is not found. I sure miss a perl module, and anyway I find boring to depend on to many modules, so I'm gonna try to find another way of creating this tempfile. -- Put JASmine in your Cups !
