I just wanted to echo Jon's thoughts here.  I am setting up and administering 
Weblogic for a large government agency.  They have money to blow, so price 
doesn't deter them, but software from the Apache group is already better.  
Unless you have some specific reason for hooking into other BEA products, like 
Tuxedo or eLink (which is our case) I would not drop the money for Weblogic.
