That's probably about right, one prject I just finished where I used an
EJB server didn't need it, but it was a good excuse to learn yet another
API ...

enhydra in incorporating the Jonas EJB server which is probably the only
Open Source (ish) product out there, as with openejb, you have to look
for it a bit harder (under the enhydra enterprise menu item) ... try
