Attachment: LUCENE-1658-take3.patch
New patch with all suggestions, updated Javadocs, additional Ctors with path
name only (like static open() method). I also corrected some deprecations and
so on. MMapDirectory is no longer returned by open(), the logic is simple now:
Windows -> Simple, other -> NIO
If everybody is fine, I will commit later!
