I second this - keeping up with the pace of change of C# and .NET 2.0, 3.0, 3..5 etc is a fulltime job!
Most corporates are a version or two behind anyway. We have people in our organisation who are having to be dragged from Java 1.4 to 1.5 and 1.6.
