The only significant user-facing differences are the garbage
collection strategies available and the monitoring/profiling tools.

It's a good business move for oracle, as the realtime garbage
collector from JRocket is licenced for an additional fee, so they'll
have a bigger audience for that particular revenue stream.

It'll likely only affect people in ops, so nothing to see here, move
along quietly please.
