I have been using JAWS since 2001, and have never gotten a call from a salesperson from FS wanting to sell me anything. I have gotten notices in the mail about renewing SMA's, but have never gotten a call from a real person.

I am rather surprised though that an FS person would call you trying to sell you an upgrade, though. personally, if you're happy with what you have then there's no reason to upgrade. I used JAWS 6.0 until 8.0 came out, and the only reason I upgraded was because of the Real Speak voices and the accessabillity of AOL Instant Messenger which is huge for me.
