Hi Francis, If my memory serves me correctly, I think someone on the list was saying they ad trouble with the USB Keypad working with jaws sometime earlier this year. May be one of the other moderators might remember better.
As to using the laptop key strokes, truthfully I work with botha laptop (my personal system) and a desktop at work. Shifting between the two is pretty cool and I find that using the desktop keystrokes on the laptop ca be a bit awkward since the insert is not in a convenient place.
