When I pasted your testing into word, Word changed the font and there was no bold or italic or anything out of the ordinary. I would try configuration manager, speech and sounds manager, proofread with font and attributes. As I recall, though, you have to read something other than Sayall in order for JAWS to report the information you want. Maybe a line at a time. Maybe a word. It's not pretty.
