Even easier: using Windows Explorer, browse to the start menu; find what you
want to move; cut and paste it where you want it. In Windows Explorer, the
start menu can be found at:
c:\documents and settings\[user name]\start menu.

you can move anything on the start menu to the program list and within any
folder on that list. By going into the custom... options of the start
menu. You can find that tab menu in with the task bar tab menu.

Don't knock something you don't use as being unnecessary, as others may
require that same function for something you never thought of using it
for.
