Sometimes unloading and reloading JWS will fix it but usually I have to reboot. I have also noticed that ALT-Arrow doesn't necessarily move me back and forth along Web pages and sometimes Space Bar does not click buttons. While I cant explain the spacebar issue I am guessing something is happening with the ALT key.
