I have used jaws in a call center environment. It's going to be 50 50 as to whether the software is accessible. I've seen it where it was totally accessible from the get go and where it was not. I don't know about the software you mentioned. If the software turns out not to be accessible, you might be able to have the university get a jaws scripter to make it accessible. Hope this helps.

Has anyone used JAWS in a call centre type situation?

I've gotten a job at my university's call centre. Obviously, I'm unsure how
accessible the software will turn out to be with JAWS. We're using two
programs - they are called RuffalloCody and QuickAddress Pro.
