Hi Grant,
I do part of my work in a call center setting. Our teck guy did some basic scripts for jaws to actully make it possible for me to do my job. The data base is specialized for use in social service referral centers and it's very difficult to deal with. My collegue was a life-saver. He basically was taught scripting techniques from the guy who proceeded him, who had taught himself too. I feel very lucky to have been given such good help..It helps that Tulsa has a vendor of JAWS and their staff are very willing to help.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Working in a call centre with JAWS

Hi all,

Has anyone used JAWS in a call centre type situation?

I've gotten a job at my university's call centre. Obviously, I'm unsure how
accessible the software will turn out to be with JAWS. We're using two
programs - they are called RuffalloCody and QuickAddress Pro.

Thanks,

Grant
