ello,
I am also having problems with JAWS not reading cells in Excel. I closed out JAWS and opened up the run prompt. Ithen typed in jaws12 /default and when Iopened up excel it was working fine. How might I fix this problem with the user settings?
Thanks,
Greg W.

When I had this problem, FS Tech Support had me run JAWS in default mode to see if anything in the User Settings folder was the problem. To check this, stop JAWS by pressing Alt + F4. Then hit Windows + r, to open the Run dialog, and type "jaws12 /default", without the quotes.

If this fixes your problem, chances are you added a personalized setting for this spreadsheet. Renaming the "PersonalizedSettings" folder, should solve the problem. Go to Start menu > All Programs > JAWS 12 > Explore JAWS > > Explore My Settings, select the "PersonalizedSettings" folder, press F2, and modify the name.

Hello listers:
This problem has already been listed, but I didn't save those messages. What is the fix to make the latest JAWS 12 update to read Excel data correctly? Currently JAWS 12 reads none of the cells. I am running Windows XP and Excel 2002.
Thanks in advance.
