It seems to me that this is a hammer solution because excel is not the only application that has enteries in the config.ini file and if it is deleted other application may not work correctly unless in jaws 12 excel is the only entry in the config.ini file. I have not upgraded to jaws 12 because it offers me nothing I want an my jaws 11 is doing everything I need.
