Hi Flor, Yes I have saved it as a Word doc, selected all the text, pasted into a new text file, saved the text file, & when invoking the insert + F keystroke, Jaws still reads that it is 18 point... I don't have a problem keeping the Word doc but, I'm just trying to figure out why I can't change the font size for this particular file! Thank you very much for your inp8ut. Take care. Mike

Now in this saved-as doc, select all, and apply the font changes for your Notepad to the selection. Copy to clipboard. Then paste into notepad.
