Hello Listers, I recently purchased a Samsung Ultrabook and it came with Windows Live Mail, no longer the Windows Mail I was used to using. I am running JAWS 13. My problem has to do with the information provided regarding my e-mails. Unlike Mail/JAWS which told me the sender and date, as well as the subject before opening e-mails, Live Mail is only telling me the subject and when I use JAWS alt-1 and the like, it says “field not found.” I’ve tried finding out what to do in various books about Windows 7 but with no luck. Does anyone know what I can do to get the sender and date as well as subject prior to opening the mail?
