Hi Sandy,
If you set the reading pane to be either off, or at the bottom of the
message list, that should sort the problem out. You can do this by going the
view tab (alt+v), tabbing to the reading pane menu button, pressing it and
then choosing one of the above options.

Mail/JAWS
which told me the sender and date, as well as the subject before opening
e-mails, Live Mail is only telling me the subject and when I use JAWS alt-1

the like, it says “field not found.” I’ve tried finding out what to do in
various books about Windows 7 but with no luck. Does anyone know what I can

to get the sender and date as well as subject prior to opening the mail?
