When to use JAWS cursor? The answer is simple! When you try navigate 
with PC cursor and you hear  nothing just "blank" or simply you hear 
nothing. Then switch to JAWS cursor and explore the screen with it. You 
can use it if you meet an application which is not accessible. For 
example if it is a QTE application.
