Throw out that external USB hub.. OR MAYBE BLOW OUT THE USB PORTS WITH THE COMPRESS AIR CAN.

Hi, Try doing a windows e and after you have reached the c drive doing a left or a right arrow to try and find those devices. Perhaps you have a view enabled that does not list the devices in a list. If you still can not locate those devices perhaps try disconnecting any USB hub you may be using and plug the device directly into the USB port. If you can still not see the device, you may need to use software to access the device and not windows itself.
