15beta

Greg,
This sounds very similar to a problem I was having on a XP system. I don't
remember specifically what the culprit was, but I believe that it was
another program--possibly the software for my Samsung printer/scanner/fax.
Every couple of minutes, it was doing something which caused Jaws to mess
up.

So, if this is a new behavior, try to determine what has changed on your
system just prior to the problem appearing. It may be something as innocent
as updated drivers, an application software update or even a Windows patch
Tuesday. Was it happening prior to the install of the Jaws 15 beta? Which
leads me to a real pet peeve of mine--folks testing out software, especially

beta software, on the machine which they rely on daily.

I'm sure that others on the list will chime in with other possible
solutions.

John
