I use JAWS 12. I need 12-point. It was originally 14 and then when I changed it to 12, it now reads 10-point which is not acceptable. I have tried to adjust the setting to 14 to try to get it to stick and stop at 12-point. No luck. I cannot figure out how to make this a permanent template with 12-point font which is becoming maddening. Any help to resolve this issue will be tremendously appreciated.
