so your saying, after entering on the default button, and saying yes to save changes, when you completely close word, again, are you saying yes to save changes? if not, this is why it's not changing.

I use JAWS 12. I need 12-point. It was originally 14 and then when I changed it to 12, it now reads 10-point which is not acceptable.
