This is not so easy. I have specific margins which are not easy for me to set, since I don't know their exact settings and everything else in the template. I would hate to mess that all up. There must be some other alternative because you said that I should be able to adjust the font size, after this is done. It is not a given, however. I will continue to hold out and hopefully find some other solution so as not to totally disassemble all settings on the word 2010 template. Thanks though ...
