Jorge, Thanks for the info. I tried to get to the BCC field with your instructions but when I shift+tab I did not get to the BCC. What am I doing wrong. Second thing is on your hotkeys to open the address book shouldn't that be ctrl+shift+b instead of r?

Tab again for the BCC field. Now press control + shift +R. You will be in the addressbook. Select your friends and enter, and so on.. On your last person press enter twice to close the addressbook. Now, tab to the subject, then tab again for the message body. Note: To activate the BCC field, Press alt + P. Shift tab, until you hear BCC, then press enter. You should add all your people on the to field. And add yourself to the CC field, if you want to receive a carbon copy of the mail, without being on the list of address'es the mail was sent too. If, it was a very important doc, business or a letter to a lawyer, you will have a carbon copy. When, you select the BCC field blind carbon copy, no one is to know who's on the list of address'es. At times the BCC field might not seem to work and you have to re-select it again. You can also use the CC field to wright to all your friends like the to field, HTH, Jorge -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Pinky Sent: Saturday, April 18, 2015 12:59 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Sending an email to multiple recipients in Outlook 2010 Hi To the Hangman, I have a couple of questions about your info in the email below. First when I open a new email and tab once I can enlarge my screen and the cursor is in the CC field in tho it sounds like Jaws is saying BCC field. In looking at the new email that I have enlarged there is on the To and CC field showing in my Outlook 2010. So how do you get to the BCC field? Second question. When I open a new email the cursor is flashing in the To field. So If I tab once I end up in the CC field. Then If I do the ctrl+shift+b to open the address book then I choose a number of people ctrl+shift+then hit enter twice and I see that all the people I choose are in the To field. Is that wear they are supposed to go even tho I had my cursor in the CC field? That should put you back on the email 9, tab to the subject line fill that out 10, tab to the body of the email, fill that out 11, alt s to send it off. Patti Hello list, So I would like to send an email to multiple recipients, but am not having success with a certain method. I know I can from within a new email message go to the to button and look up people to add from my address book, but I find that to be too tedious and time consuming. I'm trying to add a bunch of people by first pressing the control button and then going down my address book with the down arrow and pressing the spacebar on those who I wish to email. I guess it would be the command for selecting noncontiguous items in a list. Anyway, After I select the people I wish to email, I press the control+N command but instead of an email message popping up with the previously selected contact emails in the to field, I get the prompt to create a new contact. I've tried different versions of the same. By selecting my contacts then tabbing around in the ribbons to select the new mail option and so on, but no dice. I got this step by step instruction online, but so far, I've had no luck. Am I somehow missing a step or can someone enlighten me as to how to best do this? This is not for distribution lists as I would like to email different groupings of people at different times. I'm using Outlook 2010 and the latest Jaws 16. Thank you,.
