Hi Kimsan,

When using the Alt+Shift+L method, after you move to the misspelled word in
the list and press enter key on it, you can press the application key to
find suggestions and options. Options include such things as Add to
dictionary, ignore, ignore all, etc.

Take care.

A good keystroke is alt shift L.

When you press that a list of misspelled words will appear. Use your up and
down arrow to navigate the list. Press enter on the misspelled word and
make the edit.
The only thing I do not like about this method is hahah, if you are a
terrible speller like me, spell check is the better way to go as it gives
suggestions. This method doesn't.
After you make the correction, you have to rinse and repeat.
Alt-shift-l to bring up the list, enter on the error, fix the error,
alt-shift-l and do that until everything is corrected.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] how to make spellcheck read errors in word 2013

Hi,

I'm using office 365 and I am trying to spellcheck a word document.
I'm pretty sure the document has spelling errrors but when I go to the
review tab and hit enter on the spelling and grammar it doesn't read if
there are errors, is there a setting I need to activate to make this happen?
I'm using JAWS 16, and windows 8.1.

thanks,

Dacia
