I can give the f7 a try but the second method of copying and pasting can't be done because it is just labeled as a graphic.

Most times it will then open the link to the page, not always that's when I start the second thing. Then I copy it, and go to Firefox and paste it and then it works. Hope this helps. Frequently when I get email from a company like Audible for example, and the email contains links that are identified as graphic links by Jaws, I am unable to activate the link no matter what I do. Enter does nothing, Jaws cursor and left click does nothing. I know the links are good because I can forward the email to my gmail account (accessed on the web) and activate them there.
