Hi LeDon, It might be a good idea to leave a 2nd version of Jaws on your computer. Many people do this just in case they have a problem, let's say Jaws 17 isn't reading a webpage correctly, you can then unload Jaws 17 & start Jaws 16 to finish what you're doing. Personally I run Jaws 16 as my default because Jaws 17 doesn't work with Outlook Express well at all. Take care. Mike
