I normally don't chime in on this kind of thing but I must point out that 17 seems to have an issue on the BARD library web page. Why you might ask, I have no idea at all. Never the less on multiple systems it works better to revert to 16 when making my selections of reading material.

Many people do this just in case they have a problem, let's say Jaws 17 isn't reading a webpage correctly, you can then unload Jaws 17 & start Jaws 16 to finish what you're doing. Personally I run Jaws 16 as my default because Jaws 17 doesn't work with Outlook Express well at all. Take care.
