FROM THE TOP LEFT OF THE TARGET DATA HOLD DOWN SHIFT KEY AND ARROW DOWN 7 TIMES TO HIGHLIGHT ALL 8 CELLS IN THAT COLUMN THEN STILL HOLDING DOWN THE SHIFT KEY ARROW TO THE RIGHT AS MANY COLUMNS AS DESIRED.
