thats not integration that is using and perfectly fine and not even covered
by license - disclaimed by clause "Activities other than copying,
distribution and modification are not covered by this License".

and I am sure you will find that they believe linking proprietry libraries
(not part of OS/compiler) into works makes the work non-GPL compatable.
Otherwise you would never see the GNU teams creating servlet libraries to
reimplement javax.servlet. Again - best to get it from horses mouth if you
no believe and go straight to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
