Yes.  The current UDS has a hacked sorting blah (which I was not found of, but 
is required for the system to work as it stands now).  If you want to make the 
URLCompa* change to make this optional and pluggable then go for it.  I would 
leave the default J/E/W/S comparitor in the default config though.

Yes, please do... this will simplify UDS... perhaps while you are at it you 
can also implement some regex based filters?  So we can ignore scanning dot 
files and such.

Perhaps a pluggable URLFilter, and a RegexURLFilter impl?
