I've been looking into both since January. I've never been a big IDE fan (10+ years with Emacs with forays into SlickEdit), but at my current gig I started using JBuilder at first then XDE when we upgraded from Rose. I've been using XDE for the last 3 months for modeling and editing, and it is based on an older Eclipse version. I've been experimenting with Eclipse some, and some people on my team have been trying IntelliJ, with the only big drawback being that it costs $$$ compared to Eclipse.
