Nothing. The problem was the prior developers, not the product. They just
wrote crappy batch files and didn't use Ant. This meant I had to author Ant
scripts and re-engineer a lot of the meta-data about the project, so
converting over to Eclipse wasn't an issue because most of the project stuff
(things specific to JBuilder, or Eclipse) was in an awful state anyway.
Also, there were *different versions* of JBuilder in use by each developer.

So I switched the team to Eclipse, that's just my personal preference. I
like Eclipse. A lot.
