Of course graphically enriched eMail would include a phonetic font here
(which some companies already use for their logo) -
pronounce it like "oolriche" ("ool" in English ; "riche" in a more french
way)

These "VB experts" really are fast - I once met one who coded faster than
you can read.
Perhaps they already dream and think in VB constructs.
Nevertheless VB seems to be the real RAD approach for some smaller
projects - a directory image browser takes / took me about 30 minutes to
code (or should I say drag&drop ?) and nearly no time to debug.
But I gave up when I saw how "complicated" deployment seemed (with all those
additional files to include) in the early VB version I tested years ago.
Lots to say about N-a-p-s-t-e-r - but that would get too off-topic.
