Well for us it was very simple. We checked the current code base into CVS.
Then we uninstalled JBuilder. Then we installed Eclipse. Then we got the
code out of CVS again, with a third party tool and imported it into Eclipse.
Then we connected the Eclipse project up to the CVS repository and checked
it in.

Of course we had to reconfigure a lot of meta-info about the project, like
the class paths and all that jazz. But when I arrived here the project was
in a really really horrible state,  eg .bat files to do a build and no ant,
so a lot of that stuff we had to fix anyway.

Productivity soared. ;) Finally can get around to properly re-engineering
the thing and not just band-aiding it.
