I would release now as we have several more rounds of emails and votes
to get through before Jena actually gets to graduate, namely:

- Proposed Resolution Discussion on [email protected]
- Resolution vote on [email protected]
- Board Meeting (which is third monday of month so if we time everything
nicely we may get graduation approved by end of April)

+1

Hi, what should we do about this?

Just to clarify.

I replied to Andy's comments in this thread and with changes in SVN, but I
did not ignored his +1 vote. Therefore, I didn't think it was necessary to
cut another RC since there aren't major issues.

In the meantime, the [VOTE] for graduating Jena came.

I see two options:

1. release LARQ before graduating
2. release LARQ after graduation

If you want to suggest a third option, I am open and happy to help.
My third option at the moment would not be constructive, so omitted. :-)

Proposed files and structure to merge with existing dist/ area:
http://people.apache.org/~castagna/merge-jena-larq-1.0.0-RC-1/

The module is tagged with the version and "RC-1" to denote the first
release candidate for this release cycle. If voted on successfully,
the tag will be changed ("svn mv") to the same name but minus
the RC-1.
