Hi, Usually there are utilities provided by Lenovo (or from within firmware) where you can toggle this behavior. As for laptops in general, I tend to favor those made by Dell, Toshiba and Asus. Broadwell (5th generation Intel Core) processors are advertised as less power hungry, but who knows what the real life battery life might be. For best performance, I recommend sticking with JAWS 15 for now (if using a touchscreen); in my opinion, JAWS 16 doesn't offer compelling features yet. Cheers, Joseph
