Thank you. I have Outlook 2013. For some reason, since the system scan done by Windows Defender yesterday, I can't get my incoming mail in my Inbox to come in ascending order. Ascending is checked. I've had the computer off, I've restarted it. I've cleared the Inbox then done Alt-V-V-S, still Ascending is shown as checked. I'm perplexed.
I don't know anything about Skype, so if that is possible, I would need your steering there. Thank you for your attention to this. If I don't get it resolved by next week, I'll call Microsoft Disability.
