If you are using win98, you will need to redefine the frame around the taskbar for it to work. 1: press insert+f6 to minimized all appps 2 tab twice to the taskbar 3: press shift+ctrl+[ twice quickly 4: type SayTaskbar 6: tab and answer yes to the prompt if there's one 7: tab twice to echo and arrow to silent 8: tab again and arrow once to save frame in default 9: tab again and press insert+f11 and answer o.k to the prompt 10: tab once more to the ok button and press enter and insert+f11 should work from then on.
