laptop and jfw

I have jfw installed on a laptop.  I tried the laptop commands that are
inthe command summary sent with the diskette version of jfw.  for examplealt
comma.  These functions are not working.  I spoke to tech suport at hj.
They said something about using the 8installation for laptops.  I downloaded
the jfw32 files from the hj web site and there was nothing in them about
using jfw on a laptop.  Can anyone help?opt
