Hello:
I to have the same problem, but the thing I do is hit the page down key, and
usually it goes where it suppose to go. If I don't feel like I have heard
the hole message, I hit alt f4 and go back into the message and try it
again. I hope this helps you. If there is another way to solve this
problem, please let me know as well.
