Hi Harry: One thing you might try is to see if your window is maximized.
Hit alt+space, and arrow until you hear "maximize". If it doesn't also say
"grayed", hit Enter, and your window will be maximized. Also, try the
pagedown key. But it's important that your window be maximized.
